Hi, I’m Coach Ali! With a family history of chronic pain, anxiety & depression, I was determined to break the cycle and do the mind-body work needed to find out what it meant to feel safe in my body. With a background in holistic health & nutrition, crisis counseling and nonviolent communication, I’m passionate about holding a safe space for others to do the same and empowering people by showing them they have the power to change the focus. We are all going to have moments of despair and doubt, but it is how we break free and rise above those moments that matter most.
