Hi Stephanie! Just checking in to see how you’re doing today.
I'm on my 4th day without any symptoms! I'm blown away!

Pain doesn't have to hold you back

Persistent pain isn't just a symptom, it's a medical condition that needs to be properly diagnosed and addressed head-on.
That’s exactly what we do.

What we do

1

We listen, assess, & analyze

You'll be paired with a personal health coach (a real person!) who will review your full pain history and take the time to understand you and how pain impacts your life.

2

Consult & create care plan

Our integrative care team will review your pain history and build a customized care plan around your needs and specific health goals.

3

With you every single day

Enjoy unlimited, daily access to your health coach who will monitor your progress, make adjustments as needed, and stick with you as long as you need it.

Frequently asked questions

plusminus

How much does Lin cost?

Lin's plans are incredibly affordable, starting at only $49/month. That’s less than one massage, a bottle of supplements, and even most specialist co-pays.

Our monthly membership gives you a 1:1 consultation with a pain specialist, a customized care plan, and a personal health coach to support you through every step of your pain journey.

And, now you can get a Lin membership with your FSA/HSA card, which means your employer will pay for your pain relief!

plusminus

Is Lin covered by health insurance?

The short answer is no. Not at this time.

Here’s the longer answer:

We hope to see the day when health insurance providers can customize their offerings based on your specific health needs, but at this moment in time, as you know, we are far from that reality. The good news is, by paying directly to Lin you’ll get the exact pain management solutions you need, not just the services that your insurance benefits cover.

Has your insurance ever taken responsibility for tracking your weekly practice? Supported a private coach? Coordinated all the different pieces of your care plan under one roof? Or checked in regularly to make sure you’re getting the support you need?

Our direct payment option is designed to be affordable and accessible to everyone -  so that you can have access to whole and integrative pain management solutions that you so deserve.

plusminus

Does Lin prescribe medications?

As a telehealth provider, Lin is not able to prescribe opioids or other medications with higher-risk profiles. When appropriate, your Lin medical professional may elect to add a prescription medication to your care plan. That said, most of our members realize significant changes in their pain without new medications.

plusminus

I’ve tried everything. Are you sure Lin can help?

We can't say for sure that we can help you without meeting you. But, we can say, that our pain-science-based, integrative care plans often succeed when nothing else has. If you’ve had a failed surgery, injections that wear off too quickly, medications that are not keeping pain at bay, no response to physical therapy, or limited success with complementary or alternative approaches, that's generally a clue that Lin may indeed be the solution for you!

We work with people with a wide range of pain histories and all kinds of different health needs. Our pain-trained MDs have “seen it all” and are here to help and support even complex pain stories.

plusminus

How is Lin different from everything else out there?

Lin is not just another app or another provider. Lin is a continuous, connected pain care ecosystem that is always with you. Lin provides continuous care. When you work with a medical professional alone, be it PT, a therapist, or an MD, you’ll see this care provider maybe once a week at most, but often only a few times a year. With Lin, our team is there for you every single day.  We know that getting on and staying on the path to better takes guidance and work. We are here to lead the way at every twist and turn, and to keep you motivated on track so your journey leads to a great outcome.

Lin brings together providers, apps, devices, medications, and supplements to ensure that you have all the tools you need to succeed. We perform extensive reviews of all the elements of our care plans to make sure they have the strongest evidence base around, and that they are loved by members like you. And to top all that off, we offer a personal health coach to help anchor your care and make sure you have access to the right solution(s) for you. With Lin, your care experience is always integrated and coherent.

plusminus

What does Lin mean?

So glad you asked! A “lin” is the area at the bottom of a waterfall where all the water collects. It is the calm at the end of the storm. And so are we. It requires a flood of energy to move from treatment to treatment and doctor to doctor without proper support and without pain relief. Lin is a reservoir of all the resources you need to ease your pain and improve your health in an easy, accessible, calm, and nurturing way.

Dr. Pavel Goldstein is an assistant professor at the Scholl of Public Health of Haifa University (Israel). He is a director of Integrative Pain Laboratory (iPainLab) and head of the Biostatistics MPH program. Pavel's research focuses on deepening understandings of chronic pain conditions to develop new ways of measuring, preventing, and treating chronic pain. Following his agenda to develop, validate and scale solutions for chronic pain, Pavel is looking for “common ground” between academic investigators, business representatives, and healthcare providers. When all parties see the advantage of combining the industrial drive to ‘get things done’ with clinical insights and the academic urge to ‘understand 'how it works’, the final outcomes improve significantly. Pavel and his family spent 3 wonderful years in Boulder, CO where he worked at the University of Colorado. He enjoys hiking, meditating, and singing.

The importance and necessity of access to good, compassionate health care drive her interest in telehealth. “I personally understood the value of telemedicine when one of my three boys became sick, and the doctor's office was overbooked and just too far from our home. Telehealth allows people of all ages, from all different areas of the country, with all different health profiles to avoid possible infections and viruses by doing many of their medical visits from home.” Elizabeth’s personal chronic pain history has driven her interest in chronic pain management. “I was able to overcome chronic, daily migraines and would like to help others achieve this as well so that they can live life to the fullest!”

My interest in giving a person the chance at a better quality of life, to help control and reduce symptoms of pain, stems from my passion and purpose of becoming a doctor--and that is to help people in any way I can to achieve their goals and to feel better about themselves.”

Dr. Preethi Reddy, MD graduated from Saba University School of Medicine in 2005. “I am interested in Lin Health’s chronic pain treatment program because I share their mission to help and heal those suffering from chronic pain.
