Some of our coaches and providers

Dr. Brad Fanestil
Dr. Fanestil is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has practiced as both a primary care internist and as a hospitalist for most of his career. In 2017, he began researching and learning about new theories in neuroscience - largely supported by functional MRI (fMRI) data - that are beginning to explain the emotional connections between mind and body. After watching many patients improve or resolve their chronic pain problems, he works now at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, which draws upon these new theories to treat chronic pain and other hard-to-treat medical symptoms - without the use of medications.

Tara DiRocco
Tara DiRocco PT, DPT is a pelvic floor physical therapist passionate about chronic pain and pelvic health. After a career in tropical forest science and agriculture in her early 20's, her struggle with chronic pain and illness led her to yoga teaching, meditation, and ultimately to physical therapy school determined to heal. She takes on the responsibility of patient care and pain coaching with her whole heart, and firmly believes everybody has the power to heal themselves.

Jordan Kelley
Jordan is a physical therapist and health coach. In his first years practicing he grew frustrated with the limitations of classic pain treatment paradigms, and dove into (and found passion for) post-graduate work with persistent pain. He loves the power of pain science to tie together the full human experience - to link the non-physical elements of one's life to physical symptoms. When he's not at work, you'll find him listening to R&B and trying his best to revive ballet skills from his youth.

Dr. Pavel Goldstein
Dr. Pavel Goldstein is an assistant professor at the Scholl of Public Health of Haifa University (Israel). He is a director of Integrative Pain Laboratory (iPainLab) and head of the Biostatistics MPH program. Pavel's research focuses on deepening understandings of chronic pain conditions to develop new ways of measuring, preventing, and treating chronic pain. Following his agenda to develop, validate and scale solutions for chronic pain, Pavel is looking for “common ground” between academic investigators, business representatives, and healthcare providers. When all parties see the advantage of combining the industrial drive to ‘get things done’ with clinical insights and the academic urge to ‘understand 'how it works’, the final outcomes improve significantly. Pavel and his family spent 3 wonderful years in Boulder, CO where he worked at the University of Colorado. He enjoys hiking, meditating, and singing.
