Deb is a plus-size, body-positive massage therapist, movement enthusiast, host of the "Move With Deb" Podcast, and client zero of her pain recovery coaching work. She's learned a lot about the body in her years of practicing bodywork, studying biomechanics, and the lymphatic system. She had an overnight experience with chronic pain relief that changed her mind understanding about pain forever. Her mission is for people of all sizes, abilities, and genders to feel at home in their bodies.

Her mission is to help spread the word that chronic pain is curable and that no matter how hopeless it might feel, it can and it does get better. Her mantra is "keep going" because you just never know what is going to work and eventually something will!
