Dr. Kate Smith received her Naturopathic Doctorate degree from the National College of Natural Medicine and is a certified Holistic Pelvic Care™ practitioner. She is trained in diagnosing and treating neuroplastic pain conditions and is certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. Her personal journey with chronic pain created an opportunity to study mind-body medicine wholeheartedly. She brings a holistic, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach into her practice to help others experience healing and freedom from chronic health conditions. She currently lives and practices in Portland, Oregon.

Pelvic Physical Therapist

Has worked as a pelvic physical therapist for seven years, graduating from Chatham University. She has her certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and experience working with chronic pain, intrapartum care in pregnancy, as well as a variety of pelvic health conditions. She lives in Fort Collins, CO with her husband and their 2-year daughter.
