What is the difference between the 3-month plan and the monthly plan?

The 3-month boot camp is designed for people who are ready to commit to breaking their chronic pain cycle quickly. It is an intensive, structured program that includes a weekly coaching call commitment and an expectation that you show up and do the work. Our research demonstrates that 90% of our members show life-changing reductions in their pain using this plan. The 3-month pain recovery boot camp comes with a money-back guarantee.The monthly plan offers the same program content as our 3-month boot camp but the option to work at your own pace and spend as much time and focus on the areas of our program that are most aligned with your specific pain recovery goals. Monthly membership offers a little more flexibility and can be canceled at any time. We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on monthly plans.

What happens after I finish my 3-month recovery program?

That is entirely up to you!

The majority of our members find it beneficial to extend their membership after their initial 3 month program so they can continue to work on maintenance, skill-building, management of pain flare-ups, and integration of all this learning into everyday life.

What can I expect from my telehealth consultation?

A telehealth visit is like a house call with your health provider - just from your computer or phone. A telehealth visit has all the same benefits and features as an in-person meeting. All you need is a reliable internet connection, smartphone, or computer.

Prior to your consultation, you will complete a whole-person health assessment, which your Lin provider will review before your consult. Your consultation includes the results of your health assessment, appraisal of the rightness of Lin’s program for you, and specific recommendations regarding your program.

Is my information private?

Yes!

We will preserve the privacy and confidentiality of all of your personal information, including your name and contact information, and all communications with your coach and telehealth provider. Only your pain recovery coach, Lin provider, and administrative staff will have access to your personal information, including your name, contact information, pain assessments, and communication from your chats. Your personal information will NOT be shared with any person or organization, including your employer, health plan, or healthcare provider, unless you provide written permission. We follow federal HIPAA guidelines to protect the security of your information. As you can appreciate, we aggregate data based on an anonymous basis in order to show that our program is effective and has had a positive impact on you and other members.

If you would like to share the details of your progress with your current physician or provider, that option can be made available to you.

Does Lin take insurance?

We are not covered by insurance at this time (we are working on it). We do, however, accept FSA/HSA payments.

What kind of training do Lin pain recovery coaches have?

All of our coaches have completed a Lin intensive training program and meet weekly in small consultation groups with our clinical staff. This means that behind every Lin coach is the shared wisdom of a panel of doctors, physical therapists, and psychologists with deep expertise in pain science and treatment and decades of experience.

Lin coaches all have rich personal and professional experience. Some of our coaches have degrees in physical therapy, nursing, or psychology. Others are certified health coaches or have completed other courses on how to treat primary pain, like PRT,  EAET, and PSRT.
